RS786 Terms and Conditions – Read Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the rs786 website, mobile platform and all services made available at rs786.ws ("the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the rs786 Platform. Your continued use of rs786 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms are written in English (en-PK) for Pakistani players. Where there is any ambiguity in translation or interpretation, the English text shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one rs786 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different names, phone numbers or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms. Rs786 actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts, withhold balances and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your rs786 account and must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your rs786 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Rs786 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.4 Account Verification

Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Rs786 accepts deposits through the following methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Rs786 does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party e-wallets or payment methods not listed here.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on rs786 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced at platform level, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits through their rs786 account settings, particularly those using the Platform for recreational play.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your rs786 account within seconds in the vast majority of cases. Bank IBFT deposits typically credit within one to two hours. If a deposit has not been credited after three hours, contact rs786 support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Payment Ownership

All payment methods used to deposit on rs786 must be registered in your own name. Depositing via a payment account belonging to another person is prohibited. Rs786 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that do not match your registered account details.

4.5 Deposit Limits

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

The minimum withdrawal amount on rs786 is Rs 500. There is no platform-level maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though VIP Club members at Gold and Platinum tier may have custom limits applied by arrangement with their account manager.

5.3 Processing Times

Rs786 processes all withdrawal requests promptly. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within five minutes of request approval. Bank IBFT transfers typically arrive within one to two hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the card issuing bank. 5.4 Withdrawal Verification

Before processing a first withdrawal, rs786 may require account verification to be completed. Subsequent withdrawals may trigger verification checks if the account activity pattern has changed significantly. These checks protect players against fraud and are completed as quickly as possible — typically within two to four hours during business hours.

5.5 Bonus Balance Withdrawals

Bonus balance credited to your rs786 account is subject to wagering requirements before it can be converted to withdrawable real balance. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most rs786 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) that must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus converts to real withdrawable balance. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Rs786 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and reclaim any winnings generated from it if there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on their rs786 account. Accepting a new bonus while another is active will cause the existing bonus balance and progress to be forfeited unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on rs786 — including slots, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Aviator, Ludo, roulette and all card game variants — use independently certified random number generation or, in the case of live dealer games, physical randomisation by human croupiers. Rs786 is committed to fair, certified gameplay across every game on the Platform.

7.2 Malfunction Voids Play

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or game software failure, rs786 reserves the right to void any affected rounds or bets. Players will be refunded the wager amount for any voided bet. Malfunction void rules apply to all game types including live dealer games. Claims based on outcomes generated during a known or suspected malfunction will not be honoured.

7.3 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game's internal completion logic. Rs786 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connection problems, device failures or browser issues on your end. If a round completes during a disconnection, the outcome and any resulting payout will be applied to your rs786 account when you reconnect.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game on rs786 has its own stated minimum and maximum bet limits, visible at the table or game lobby before play commences. These limits may vary by game variant and VIP tier. Rs786 reserves the right to modify bet limits with reasonable notice to players.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rs786 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on rs786 under any name or identity.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with rs786 games or systems.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or undisclosed vulnerabilities in rs786 games or payment systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer games and tournaments.
• Money laundering, fraud or any attempt to use rs786 for financial crimes.
• Using payment methods that belong to another person without that person's explicit consent and documentation.
• Reverse engineering, copying or reproducing any part of the rs786 Platform, software or game content.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing rs786 staff, support agents or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access rs786 through a VPN, proxy or any tool designed to obscure your genuine location where prohibited.

9. VIP Club Terms

The rs786 VIP Club is a loyalty programme available automatically to all registered players. Participation in the VIP Club is subject to these General Terms in addition to the specific VIP Club terms published at /vip-club.

9.1 Tier Progression

VIP tier progression is based on cumulative total wagering across all rs786 game categories. Tier progression is permanent — once a tier is reached, it cannot decrease. The four tiers are Bronze (all players), Silver (Rs 50,000 wagered), Gold (Rs 200,000 wagered) and Platinum (Rs 1,000,000 wagered).

9.2 Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (total wagers minus total winnings) for the period Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 PKT. Cashback is credited as bonus balance every Monday morning. Cashback bonus balance is not subject to a wagering requirement and can be used across any rs786 game immediately upon crediting.

9.3 VIP Benefits Modification

Rs786 reserves the right to modify VIP Club benefit structures, cashback rates, tournament schedules and tier thresholds with 14 days' written notice to affected members. Existing tier status will be honoured under any benefit restructuring for a minimum of 30 days after any change takes effect.

9.4 VIP Account Manager

Platinum tier members are assigned a dedicated account manager. The account manager relationship is subject to staff availability and rs786 internal resourcing. Rs786 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific named individual as account manager and may reassign account managers without prior notice.

10. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage and use of your personal data by rs786 is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

Rs786 collects personal data as required for account registration, payment processing, identity verification and responsible gaming compliance. Your data is not sold to third parties. Rs786 may share data with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.

Your rs786 account activity, including game history, deposit and withdrawal records and communication with support, is stored securely and retained in accordance with our data retention policy. You have the right to request access to your personal data by contacting support@rs786.ws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rs786 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, savings, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the rs786 Platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses attributable to third-party payment processor delays, errors or outages outside rs786's direct control.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions or browser incompatibilities on the player's end.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, even if rs786 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Rs786's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit rs786's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death and personal injury caused by rs786's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your rs786 account at any time by contacting support@rs786.ws. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any real balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

13.2 Termination by RS786

Rs786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stated timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, multi-accounting or collusion.

13.3 Balance on Termination

Where an account is closed by rs786 due to Terms violations, any balance — including real balance, bonus balance and pending withdrawals — may be withheld pending investigation. Rs786 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the player via their registered email address.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Rs786 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the rs786 Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor updates, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of a provision, may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of rs786 after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date.
